To quickly learn if a food or ingredient is SCD legal (safe), place a "shortcut" button on your desktop for The Specific Carbohydrate Diet data base. 

Instructions:

1.  Click on link:  http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info/Search/search.htm

2.  When it opens, right-click your mouse anywhere on the page 

3.  Then click on "create shortcut" in the window.  It will place a button (icon) on your computer screen. 

You can right-click the button (icon) and "rename" it if you choose.  Now you can access the data base without having to go to your search engine and typing in the full address each time.

Anytime you need to know about a food or ingredient, just type it into  the "search" space to quickly learn if a food or ingredient is SCD legal (safe).
